Do you also make individual products?
Yes, not only can you purchase pre-made products from our shop, but you can also make requests for custom items. We would be happy to see what is possible together and try to put your wishes into practice for your personal one-of-a-kind pointed stick. It is best to use our Form for individual inquiries!
Can customized products and made-to-measure products be exchanged or returned? hand back?
No, made-to-measure products and customized items are non-returnable. If something is defective, please contact us as soon as possible.

We ship to the European Union, UK, USA and Canada.
What are the payment options in the shop?

How long does the delivery take?
Normal processing time is 2-5 business days. The total delivery time (processing + shipping) is extended due to individualization and custom-made products due to the increased processing time of the items. The shipping time within Germany usually takes 2-4 days. Within the EU an average of 3-8 days, USA/Canada 20+ days. Delivery delays may currently occur due to Covid regulations.
Please also note that various textiles and leather accessories are shipped from different locations. It is therefore possible that you will receive 2 shipments if you order a shirt and a leather bag, for example. Of course you don't have to pay shipping twice.
Total shipping time = processing time+shipping time
